五 | 比如，山东济南为多孩家庭提供优惠，最高贷款额度可上浮25%；贵州黔南州支持大学毕业生、青年人才购房，大学毕业生贷款额度上限提高10%，青年人才贷款额度上限提高20%；海南、江苏苏州等地，明确灵活就业人员也可缴存住房公积金。
